TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRANSPORTATION

This agreement is entered into between: Alma Maya S. de R.L. de C.V. (Alma Maya), with address Av Bonampak Mz1 Lt1 Suite 500 Piso 5 Supermanzana 6A and Potential Client/s (Client) who intent to reserve a transportation service from Alma Maya.

Client is requesting from Alma Maya transportation services in Cancun and Riviera Maya, from/to the airport and/or surroundings.

Client will pay Alma Maya for the services required for its operation according to the pricing previously shared by Alma Maya. NO SHOW arrival and departure services will be paid in full.

Client will pay Alma Maya in advance for the services requested.

Alma Maya undertakes to provide the units required for the operation of ground transportation services for people, requested by Client at least 48 hours in advance. The services will be provided with vehicles owned by Alma Maya’s licensed and insured partner companies (Partners). All units will have the insurance, permits and licenses required for tourist operation without exceptions.

Client will send your transfer request with the following mandatory and necessary data for the correct operation of these:
– Name of main client
– Total number of Pax

– Full details of the client’s arrival/departure flight
– Customer’s mobile contact number where he/she can be reached for both arrivals and departures.
– Desired pick-up time for departures

Alma Maya
In accordance with airport operational and security regulations, Client undertakes to provide passengers with a transfer voucher to be handed over to our airport driver in order to receive transportation services. We recommend that the following NOTICE be added to the transfer voucher for your clients: Upon arrival: after passing through immigration and customs, you will retrieve your luggage at the baggage ramps and take it outside the building, where you will be met by the driver who will display a sign with your name on it.
For departures, Alma Maya will grant a courtesy waiting time to customers of 15 minutes from the confirmed hotel pickup time before applying No Show.

Client can make modifications, changes or cancellations without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours or more notice. Alma Maya will not accept changes, cancellation or modification of services confirmed less than 24 hours in advance and all cancellations will be charged 100%. Alma Maya or Partners will make direct contact with customers upon landing at CUN airport in order to establish communication with them and guide them to find their driver who will be waiting for them at the exit of the terminal. Alma Maya’s waiting time will be 60 minutes after the flight lands for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. If customers have problems upon arrival with immigration or baggage, it is very important that they contact Alma Maya immediately. Failure to contact Alma Maya before the waiting time limit will result in a No SHOW.

Infant/child seats and boosters can be provided free of charge and are subject to availability. Please ensure they are requested in conjunction with the transfer service at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Alma Maya will not be responsible for any loss or damage to customers’ luggage. Passengers assume full responsibility for their luggage during loading, transportation and unloading. For this reason, luggage insurance is recommended to all customers.

Alma Maya is not responsible for customers’ belongings left in the vehicle. It is the client’s responsibility to unload all belongings before disembarking from the vehicle. All expenses incurred in retrieving the client’s belongings will be covered by the client.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the airport with their own luggage in time for the return flight, even if they have problems with their return transfer. Client should be aware of their own flight details in case there are any changes to their flight schedule.

Under oath, this agreement is signed in the city of Cancun Q. Roo on the day the final signee executes it, which must be prior to the service time, otherwise, Alma Maya reserves the right to cancel the service.
